Seasonal Dock Staff – Customer Service (Mid-March to Mid-September)

Love being by the water? Prefer fresh air over a desk? We’re looking for friendly, energetic Seasonal Dock Staff to join our team and help create great experiences on the docks all season long. If you enjoy staying active, meeting new people, and working outdoors, this might be the perfect seasonal job for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing excellent customer service to dock users and visitors


• Greeting customers, answering questions, and offering general assistance


• Selling tours and processing payments


• Helping keep dock areas safe, clean, and organized


• Supporting daily dock operations and working closely with the team

Schedule & Details

• Contract period: Mid-March to Mid-September


• Shifts: 3–5 shifts per week


• Shift length: 5–7 hours per shift


• Availability: Weekdays, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude


• Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather (we’ve got you covered with company-provided gear to stay warm and dry)


• Ability to stay on your feet and handle light physical work


• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player


• Previous customer service or marine experience is an asset (but not required)


• Restricted Operator Certificate – Maritime (ROC-M) is an asset
