Red Deer Resort & Casino is looking for a Casino Lounge Expo/Barback to keep the energy flowing in our fast-paced lounge and gaming environment. This role is all about supporting the bar and service team—keeping drinks stocked, food moving, and ensuring guests have a seamless experience.

What You'll Do:

·         Keep glassware, bar tools, and workstations clean and organized.

·         Support servers by running food and ensuring timely service.

·         Maintain bar cleanliness and assist with inventory checks.

·         Help create a smooth and efficient bar service for our guests.

 
What We’re Looking For:

·         Quick, efficient, and able to handle a fast-paced lounge setting.

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills.

·         Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

·         Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         Previous experience in a lounge, bar, or casino environment is a plus but not required.
