Victoria Park offers the finest medispa services at our 27 locations across Canada. We're looking for a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our Barrie team!



Responsibilities:



As part of our front desk team, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers with a smile, assisting customers with appointment scheduling, directing requests appropriately, giving correct information, assisting with appointment payments, as well as a number of administrative tasks, special projects and events.



Requirements and Qualifications:



The applicant should have the following qualifications:




  • Minimum one year experience at the front desk of a spa or medical environment

  • Must be a team player

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service

  • Ability to maintain first-class operational standards

  • Must have a very positive and action-oriented attitude

  • Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. 



Position type:
This position is a permanent part-time role and is an existing vacancy.



Compensation:
$19.00 – $23.00 per hour. Starting rate will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
