Role:

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join the HR department in Canada and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. The incumbent will assist in the daily operations of the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role requires high level of professionalism and discretion and is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for HR, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications : -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. -

Experience : 4-5 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: -
  • -Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

    -Collaborate with regional leadership to identify HR priorities and develop action plans to address them.

    -Provide input on regional HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate policies.

  • Employee Relations: -
  • -Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.

    -Promote a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement initiatives.

    -Mediate and resolve conflicts and disputes within the region.

  • Compliance and Legal: -
  • -Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

    -Monitor and update regional HR policies to reflect changes in legislation.

    -Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.

    -Responsible for preparing and delivering compliance-related training and communications to employees.

  • Onboarding: -
  • -Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.

  • Benchmarking:
  • Stay abreast on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments, and ensure changes to rules and regulations are restructured with HR systems, policies, articles, and practices .
