Journeyman Plumber

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
• Utilize pipefitting techniques, including welding and soldering
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure efficient and effective plumbing installations
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Plumbing certificate
• 4+ years experience in the plumbing industry
• Gas fitting license an asset
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
