Job Description: The role of Junior Sales Support consists of providing administrative and technical support to TorontoJobs.ca and Guhuza.com - a new recruiting platform partnered withTorontoJobs.ca - to help drive sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities: • Facilitate the process with new employer registrations
• Provide after-sales customer service
• Demo the product, both live and recorded
• Report feedback from customers to team
• Provide technical support to customers
• Conduct training webinars for employers
• Liaison between development team and customers for product and technology feedback
• Cheerleader for the brand
• This position entails administrative duties, customer service, soft sales, idea generation, networking and more!
Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
