Job Description
We are a home maintenance company that provides interior and exterior painting and staining services to households and commercial buildings. We are currently hiring field marketers to generate leads and schedule estimates to help us reach our 2022 goal of $400,000. We are a company that values and provides a great team environment, professional training, and advancement opportunities. 

About the Job
·     You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for painting and deck/fence staining
·     You will receive training on how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with potential clients!

Job Responsibilities
·     Engage in conversations that educate and inform people about our services
·     Increase brand awareness
·     Generate leads (lead = name, phone number, email, and address) and converting these leads into estimates
·     Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged
·     Build rapport with customers
·     Potential for future promotions within the company
·     Work locally and flexible schedule

Job Requirements and Benefits
·     Outgoing, energetic, and motivated
·     Goal/result oriented
·     Previous infield marketing, customer service, and sales experience is an asset but not a necessity
·     Must be willing to work outdoors
·     Reliable transportation
·     10-20hrs a week (flexible schedule), 3-4hr shifts
·     Position runs January-May or January-July
·     Commission-Based Pay
