Job Overview

At Noark Electric, we are building the company’s brand and market share with a finely tuned approach to Marketing in today’s digital world. We’re searching for a highly qualified Marketing Communications Manager who can help us execute on a fast-paced content marketing approach.

This person will be an integral part of developing new initiatives while implementing a variety of marketing campaigns and programs. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including lead generation, communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing Communications Manager must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities

• Own the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and coordinate the activities of partners and sales teams to maximize results.

• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction and implementing effective distribution and access tools.

• Oversee the ongoing improvement and maintenance of Noark’s North America website both directly and through third party web developers.

• Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand, including customer events, conferences, and trade shows as required.

• Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.

• Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and making course corrections as required

• Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication

Education & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing leadership role.

• Proven project-management experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications

• Direct experience with HubSpot and WordPress is an asset
