Part-Time Grocery Team Member

New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Grocery Team Member at our Food Store in Falher, Alberta.

What you’ll do:

• Provide an excellent customer experience


• Ensure all grocery products are accurately priced and a proper rotation is maintained within date, in the coolers and retail area


• Ensure that all grocery products are properly displayed, stocked and labeled


• Execute activities related to store merchandising initiatives to offer customers additional products and services (e.g., special sale items)


• Receive and unload product from trucks, pallets and organize stock room


• Perform additional duties as required including, but not limited to, routine price changes, housekeeping and compliance with health and safety regulations

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred


• Able to work independently and in a team


• Some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required


• Available to work on a very flexible schedule (Morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)
