Customer service
Sell tickets
Cash tickets
Count money
Withdrawals and returns
Balancing and deposit end of shift
Communicating with tote room (customers, lock-out stolen/lost tickets)
Any other duties as required
Education and Qualification Requirements:
Reading
Oral Communication Skills
Written Communication Skills
PC Skills
Proficient in math.
Cash handling experience
High School or GED equivalent
