We at Plessis Pharmacy have embraced collaborative practice for the best patient experience and are seeking our next team member: Community Pharmacy Technician/Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide superior and efficient pharmacy patient care and customer service
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other health professionals to ensure accurate prescription medication preparation, distribution and patient care
- Ensure efficient pharmacyworkflow
- Manage accurate dispensary data, documentation, and inventory
- Manage and perform compliance packaging and compounding of pharmaceutical products
- Manage third party billing submissions and reconciliation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic Personality; Friendly and self-motivated
- Strong sense of professionalism but fun at the same time
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prioritization and efficiency driven
- Strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous pharmacy experience is an asset but not required as long as willing to learn
- Minimum grade 12 diploma
Compensation:
- Negotiable and depending on experience
- Annual bonus depending on business and personal performance
