We are currently hiring two part-time Receptionists one for Audi Halifax and one for Steele Hyundai. Each location has its own schedule, and you can apply for the position that best fits your availability.

Our receptionists are the friendly faces and helpful voices that make the first impression count. You’ll greet clients, support our team, and keep the dealership running smoothly with your strong administrative skills. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a high‑energy environment, this is the perfect role to build your career in the automotive industry.

Wage range: $17.20/hr- $18.90/hr

Position Schedules

Audi of Halifax 

• Monday: 11am – 7pm


• Tuesday: 11am – 7pm


• Thursday: 9am – 5pm


• Every other Saturday

Steele Hyundai

• Monday: 4pm – 7pm


• Wednesday: 4pm – 7pm


• Every other Saturday

How You Make Every Visit Better

• Welcome and assist clients with a positive, professional approach


• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently


• Support daily financial tasks, including posting cash and preparing bank deposits


• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping


• Perform clerical duties such as filing and preparing documents


• Assist with other administrative support tasks as needed

 What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong communication skills—in person, over the phone, and in writing


• Professional, friendly phone etiquette


• Excellent time management and organizational abilities


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset (not required)
