Part Time Retail Reline Associate

Title: Retail Reline Specialist

At MCA, we’re proud to be a leader in Canadian retail services, providing Merchandising, Sales, Retail Audits, and Store Renovations to major retailers across Canada. We’re seeking Retail Reline Reps to help execute strategic relines for our clients.

• Hourly Rate: $16-$17 per hour


• Hours: Casual


• Schedule:
  Flexible, typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

• Execute Store Relines: Reconfigure store layouts, adjust shelving, and implement cosmetic relines based on detailed planograms.


• Product Placement: Organize and position merchandise to optimize space and highlight key products according to client directives.


• Fixture Adjustments: Build, modify, and dismantle shelves and displays as needed to meet project requirements.


• Communication:
  Provide timely updates to your leads, submitting online reports and uploading photos.

• Expertise:
  Prior experience with general retail relines, particularly in grocery, drug, or big-box stores.


• Technical Skills: Ability to read and execute planograms with precision. Familiarity with smartphones for data collection and reporting.


• Reliability:
  A dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering quality work.


• Professionalism:
  A positive and adaptable attitude that is consistently presented in a neat and professional manner.


• Collaboration: Working closely with your team to coordinate reline activities, share ideas, and maximize efficiency
