Part Time Sales & Merchandising Representative

Position Details:

• Wage: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 13–15 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract End Date: December 31, 2025

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel using relationship-based selling techniques
• Ensure product visibility by building eye-catching displays and securing secondary display space
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product is fully stocked and aligned with store needs
• Visit 5+ retail stores weekly following a set schedule
• Capture and submit daily visit reports with photos
• Represent MCA and our client’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising or CPG sales
• Strong understanding of sales and merchandising principles
  
• Confident, persistent, and results-driven personality
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for reporting
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between store locations
