Pharmacist- Permanent Part-Time

We are hiring a Part-time, Permanent Pharmacist for our clinic located in Calgary. 

The Pharmacist uses professional knowledge, interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, technical skill and clinical judgment in providing quality pharmaceutical care to patients.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients.


• Educate patients regarding complex medication regimens and methods of medication administration.


• Provide pharmaceutical advice and guidance to patients, other clinic divisions and outside pharmacies.

Preferred Skills 

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized University.


• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a clinical setting


• Current Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) registration.


• Injection certification.


• Advanced prescribing license is an asset.


• Excellent interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and reprioritize.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Attention to detail.


• Professionalism and understanding in patient interactions.


• Ability to work independently.


• Ability to work collaboratively with other divisions within the organization.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: 

• Weekly hours: 24 hours per week (3 shifts per week). 


• Working hours 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Mon-Fri (No evenings, weekends or stats)
