Production Team Member, Belleville Senators

Job Summary

Production Crew Members are collectively responsible for producing the live broadcast of all Belleville Senators home games, which is featured on arena TV’s, the main videoboard, and streamed live on AHLTV (FloHockey).

Positions within the Production Crew include camera operators, graphics operators, replay operators, switchers, and directors. Each team member operates their assigned station, follows the game script and responds to direction from the Producer to ensure a high-quality digital and in-arena broadcast experience.

Job Duties
Responsibilities vary depending on specific role, but all Production Team Members are expected to:
•    Operate their assigned station effectively and accurately.
•    Follow the game script and Producer’s direction throughout the broadcast.
•    Consistently present themselves in a professional manner.
•    Ensure consistent, high-quality output in their work area.
•    Adapt quickly to changes and work under fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications
•    Prior volunteer or paid experience in a related field considered an asset.
•    Education or experience in hockey broadcasting considered an asset.
•    Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
•    Flexibility and willingness to learn multiple roles within the Production Team.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•    Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
•    Receptive to feedback and able to adjust quickly during live broadcasts.
