Job Description - Program Assistant - Building 21

·        Help organize B21’s activities such as lightning, podcasts, I’m not sure, etc.

·        Help Ollivier and Alex on different administrative tasks (such as reminding students to attend lightning talks, creating Calendly links, updating the Facebook and Instagram accounts, help with the drafting of announcements and open calls, help students fill out the reimbursement forms, etc.).

·        Collaborates with Ollivier and Alex on all program and event logistics and handling event-day organization and logistics; arranging audio-visual support

·        Meet with Ollivier Alex once a week

. Suggest ways to improve, and enrich B21

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience

Hourly Salary:

(AMUSE C) $25.00

Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week:

20 (Part time)
