Receptionist - Administrative

Job Opportunity 
Receptionist for one of our clients in Kamloops for a few months contract.

• To answer calls, direct calls, and take messages
• Welcome visitors, direct visitors
• Accept deliveries
• Check mail, send mail out, including purolator
• Administrative and clerical tasks as requested by departments – prioritize
• Maintain copier and office supplies
• Keep a tidy office space
• Ensure back up when stepping away from front desk
• $24.00/hr
