The Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Projects Manager. Working under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Communications Projects Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing successful internal and external communications on behalf of the association. JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
Ensure regular CASE communication outputs, such as social media, newsletter, blog, etc. in a timely manner
Coordinate task assignments for communications team staff members from all CASE projects and teams
Establish and manage project plans to meet all communication goals for the association
Develop, manage and report continually on detailed activity, performance, and outcomes of CASE communications
Meet and exceed the growth goals for communication and outreach activities including contact numbers and readership, social media follows, breadth of reach, etc.
Maintain clear processes for submission and tracking of communications tasks internally and externally
Oversee the creation of communication materials such as press releases, articles, social media content, and presentations; ensure content meets quality standards and brand guidelines and CASE 9 Guiding Principles and holds the highest standards of accessibility
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them
Liaise with and report regularly to the Executive Director

This position reports to the Executive Director
Skills and experience
At least 5 years of experience in communications or project management roles is essential
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with colleagues effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills
Advanced-level skill in Microsoft 365
Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to deal with competing and changing priorities
Experience working in the non-profit sector. Familiarity with, or experience in the supported employment sector, is a strong asset
Fluency in French is a significant asset
Hours of work and salary:
This is a maternity leave contract, with the potential for extension based on organizational need
Part-time (20 hours / week) contract ending on March 31, 2026
The hourly rate is $37.00
Three weeks of paid vacation per year, prorated
