Position Overview

We’re seeking a friendly, reliable, professional Showhome Host to welcome potential buyers into our new home sales centers. This role is perfect for someone with hospitality or customer service experience who is ready for something more growth-oriented. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcomed in the sales center or showhome.


• Answer general inquiries and provide community and home information.


• Book appointments and register visitors in the CRM systems.


• Provide home tours and connect guests to the Sales Associate or ASM as needed.


• Maintain a tidy, organized, and guest-ready space.


• Track marketing materials, signage, and basic office supplies.


• Assist with weekend events, light administrative support, and data entry.


• Ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s professionalism and values.

Qualifications

• Personable & Polished – You can create a great first impression with confidence and warmth.


• Hospitality Experience – Hosting, customer service, or retail experience is preferred.


• Reliable & Organized – You show up on time, manage tasks carefully, and stay on top of details.


• Tech-Comfortable – Familiar with basic software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or CRM tools.


• Weekend Availability – You’re available Saturdays.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position based in a showhome or sales center. You’ll be expected to work independently during showhome hours—including Saturdays—while maintaining a polished, welcoming space and engaging professionally with guests and team members. Showhome Hours:

Monday – Thursday 2:00 pm-8:00 pm

Friday – 12:00 pm-5:00 pm

Saturday – 10:00 am-5:00 pm
