We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to join our team at Burnside Brewing. This role is key to keeping our taprooms running smoothly, from inventory and merchandise management to event support and staff administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love staying on top of details, and are a strong communicator, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee taproom logistics: manage weekly orders, deliveries, stock levels, and merchandise replenishment for our taprooms across Nova Scotia.


• Keep retail areas and online inventory organized and up to date.


• Support the retail network with scheduling, payroll, invoices, and cash deposits.


• Coordinate events: staffing, permits, invoicing, and event gear.


• Other administrative tasks as required.


• Work closely with the Retail & Hospitality Manager to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organization and communication skills.


• Comfort juggling multiple priorities across several taprooms.


• Experience in retail, hospitality, or inventory management is an asset.


• A proactive, detail-driven personality who thrives in a dynamic team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• $20-23 Hourly wage based on experience and skill level

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting our taprooms, helping events run smoothly, and making sure our retail operations stay sharp.  All the while, you'll be having a blast because... well... beer.
