Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at the entrance to the park and at the entrance to the rides
- Operate one of the 16 rides in accordance with established customer service and safety standards
- Check the sizes required according to the requirements of the carousel
- Enforce the safety instructions specific to each carousel
- Carefully monitor the carousel and its occupants when the carousel is in operation
- Once the merry-go-round has completely stopped, disembark customers following the safety rules and direct them to the exit
- Animate children's parties and queues
- Operate a cash register system (POS)
- During periods of low traffic, participate in certain basic housekeeping tasks
A united team Although the Méga Parc and Les Galeries de la Capitale are two separate entities, we are united and work as a team. You may therefore be called upon to support the Galeries de la Capitale teams, mainly those in customer service and security, periodically and as needed.
Requirements
• Be at least 16 years old
• Have interpersonal skills, be social, polite, courteous and respectful
• Be cheerful, smiling and dynamic
• Be rigorous, attentive and be oriented towards excellence in customer service • Enjoy working with children
To be successful in this role, you must:
• Make each of our guests your priority and be oriented towards excellence in customer experience.
• Obtain the pass mark for the safety training courses for each of our rides
• Have the desire to experience new challenges and work in a team
• Have availability in the evenings and weekends
• Ability to work standing for several consecutive hours
