Job Description - Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Burlington, On Hybrid Full-Time

Order Type: Perm

Expected to report in the office weekly

Client is a reputable security service provider located in Burlington, ON. We specialize in offering high-quality security services for residential and commercial clients. Our range of services includes package delivery management, parking enforcement, access control, camera monitoring, and performing periodic patrols. At Premium Protection & Security Services, we prioritize integrity, respect, and honor, and our mission is to protect our clients' assets and properties.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. The day-to-day tasks involve identifying potential clients, presenting security solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining sales records. This is a hybrid role, with the main location being Burlington, ON, but with flexibility for some work from home. Gas expenses to be discussed in addition to Benefits. The company is looking into benefits but does not currently have a benefit plan in place.

Qualifications

NOTE it's important to the client that they could bring an existing book of business with them for example if the candidate had ONE really good contract worth 10x their salary with a 5-year contract that's a great candidate. More would be great, but this would be an excellent start.

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and Written communication
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the security industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • must have 10+ year experience
  • Familiar with RFP processes
