Description

Location: Remote
Status: Temporary, part time (Maternity Leave contract), 30 hours/week
Schedule: Must be available between 8:30 and 5 , 4 days per week

The impact you will make and what we will accomplish together

The role involves supporting the Enrollment and Corporate sales teams, managing client accounts and waitlists for Alberta and clinics, and onboarding new clients. Responsibilities include responding to program inquiries, conducting clinic tours, processing reservation requests, and collaborating with various departments to ensure exceptional customer service. The position requires maintaining knowledge of TELUS Health Care Centre processes, products, and services while performing administrative tasks.

Here is how:

  • Provide sales support to our Enrollment and Corporate sales teams
  • Account management of all current clients
  • Manage waitlists for all Alberta and Clinics
  • Onboarding of new clients 
  • Answer internal program inquiries and all program upgrades
  • Available for onsite clinic tours (1-2 times per month)
  • Respond courteously and professionally to our customers’ various reservation requests
  • Inform existing and potential customers about the different services and programs we offer
  • Manage and process reservation requests and confirmations via email while maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism
  • Work in close collaboration with the various departments, including TELUS Health Care Centres 
  • Offer exceptional service to our customers and exceed their expectations
  • Maintain and develop your knowledge of TELUS Health Care Centre processes, products and services
  • Perform all other related phone and administrative tasks
  • Qualifications

    You are the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Post-secondary diploma/certification 
  • Strong customer service and or sales/sales support experience (3-5 years’ equivalent experience)
  • Good knowledge of the Windows Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong computer skills
  • Professionalism and mature approach with customers
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Patient, courteous and dynamic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great-to-haves

  • Sales and or Sales Support Experience, minimum of 1 year
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
