Job Description - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
Job Summary:
Our Financial Services clients is in need of a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant on a contract basis to drive automation and best practices through their Marketing outreach. In this newly created role, this individual will have the opportunity to build out the direct marketing engine from the ground up. This person will be building new marketing campaigns, collaborating on bringing new technical functionality online and supporting the growth of the client's MarTech capabilities. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with a strong track record in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, who will help us drive segmentation marketing - segmenting audiences to serve the right experience to the right person at the right time.
Target Experience: Proven track record of solution development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with experience in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights Experience with SSJS, AmpScript, and SQL Experience with relational databases A team player who builds strong relationships based on trust and integrity Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Must have skills : Administer and optimize our existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation to support segmentation marketing. Work with APIs to move data between Salesforce platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Azure, and other data environments Develop new MarTech capabilities through Journey Builder and Automation Studio, supporting our advancement of segmentation marketing Deep-dive into marketing trends and support data analysis to inform business decision-making Collaborate with IT, BI, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet broader performance expectations Looking for at least - years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Must have strong SQL Experience with Email marketing automation and/or digital marketing campaign automation would be preferred - must be reasonably hands-on
Nice to Have: E xperience with Analytics, like PowerBI or equivalent, for tracking customer data, marketing traction, etc. Communication skills must be clear
