We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to join our Conestoga Mall team during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

  Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn about our products and recommend games, toys, puzzles, and collectibles based on customers’ interests.

  
  


• 
  

  Support store sales goals through product knowledge and engaging customer interactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.

  
  


• 
  

  Receive, unpack, price, and replenish merchandise.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean, organized shelves and attractive product displays.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with inventory counts and follow loss prevention procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with the store team and follow company policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Support other store duties as assigned.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.

  
  


• 
  

  An interest in board games, toys, puzzles, or collectibles.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.

  
  


• 
  

  Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.

  Ability to perform the duties of the role, including moving merchandise, with accommodation where required.
