As a Concierge Security Guard, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and professional environment within a commercial building setting. Duties include conducting routine patrols, monitoring employee access to ensure proper badge compliance, and managing the concierge desk to support building operations and tenant needs. This position combines visible security presence with strong customer service and access control responsibilities.

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors


• Manage access control


• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks


• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs


• Perform computer tasks


• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams


• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns


• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  
  
  • Hold a valid Ontario Security license
  
  
  • WSIB Approved First aid certification -Required
  
  
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  
  
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
