Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Construction Project Manager with experience in planning, executing, and delivering large scale deployments in construction. This role requires extensive experience in construction, preferably with Civil and Electrical exposure, to manage the successful delivery of our electrification, EV and Utilities projects. Exemplary organization skills and a passion for excellence are essential for success in this role. The Senior PM will ensure that the projects are constructed within the specifications of the company's strategy, commitments and goals; as well as those of the customer. The Senior PM assumes overall responsibility for all aspects of an assigned project including project budget, schedule, customer and subcontractor relations, project equipment selection, and maintaining engineering/project team communications and relationships. Responsibilities:

Supervisory role: provides overall leadership and oversight to the project team and their activities.

Plan, lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring consistent communication with all

stakeholders.

Oversee all aspects of electrification, EV, and utilities projects, from inception to completion,

ensuring projects are on-time, within budget and with high quality standards.

Lead and manage all project team stakeholders to optimize project success, including owners,

clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Manages consultants, subcontractors, construction managers and project teams to ensure

contract plan specifications are adhered to.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation.

Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards to support operational excellence.

Foster strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Reviews all engineering and construction drawings for approval.

Performs close out of projects.

Analyzes project disciplines and develops corrective action plans to mitigate problems; then

gathers and organizes all lessons learned to be used on future projects.

Develop or facilitate processes and policies that will support improvements for best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.

Project Management Certification (PMP/CAPM)

Minimum 5 10 years experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager, preferably in

electrification, EV, or utilities projects.

Strong familiarity with project management practices, methods and techniques is required

Knowledge of construction estimating techniques to accurately assess project costs.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.

Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Accubid, Civil 3D, ProjectSight, Traqspera, and

Procore for efficient project management.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during construction

projects.
