What We are Offering
As a CUPE 860 position we are offering $27.08 per hour with a step progression to $29.01 per hour plus an additional 12% of their regular rate of pay in- lieu of benefits for part time employees. We also offer to option to participate in the defined benefit plan of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (O.M.E.R.S.) is a pension system sought by many.

6. Offer and Onboarding
If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer outlining the terms of employment. Upon acceptance, our onboarding team will work with you to ensure a smooth transition, including introductions to your team, access to tools and systems, and a comprehensive overview.
