Key Responsibilitie
s:Lead and manage the Quebec/Atlantic Sales Division, overseeing sales activities and driving growth in the foodservice and industrial sector s.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue target s.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growt h.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer servic e.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and delivery of service s.Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance cultur e.Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic plannin g.Travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada to meet with clients and attend industry event s.
Qualificati
onsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food indust ry.Good network within the industrial and food service industri es.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team membe rs.Fluency in French and English (both written and verbal) is mandato ry.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporti ng.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skil ls.Ability to travel throughout Quebec and Eastern Canada as requir ed.
