Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Textron is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within our organization.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and able to work independently - People management skills - Adaptability to changing business environments
