Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job description:

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic business development plans - Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities - Analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership qualities with a proven track record of achieving targets - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
