Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at CVS Health. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for business development - Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport - Generate leads through networking events, cold calling, and other strategic methods - Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch our products and services to potential clients - Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM software - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
