Business Development Associate

Job Description:

First American Financial is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Assist in creating and presenting proposals to potential clients - Attend networking events and conferences to expand business connections - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and sales strategies - Provide support in managing customer relationships and resolving any issues that may arise - Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work autonomously - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with others effectively - Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
