The Business Development Associate at Molina Healthcare in Vancouver, British Columbia will be a vital member of the team, responsible for driving growth and development initiatives within the organization. As a part-time position at the Associate level, the successful candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a confident approach to achieving set goals.
Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. 4. Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans. 5. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects independently. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6.
