We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate at Fidelity Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders - Prepare and deliver presentations to promote products and services - Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's brand - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns - Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide support to the Business Development Manager as needed
Requirements: - No prior work experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Resourceful and passionate about business development and sales - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
