Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business in the Canadian market. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase revenue. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch new business opportunities. 5. Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve. 6. Analyze data and market insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident individual with a proactive mindset. 2. Strong soft skills including strategic planning and research abilities. 3. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
