Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Jarden, a dynamic and innovative company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time entry-level Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for helping to drive growth and expansion for the company through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and opportunities for business growth. 2. Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and plans. 3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients. 4. Coordinate and attend meetings with potential clients to present company offerings. 5. Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives. 7. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. 3. Motivated and resilient attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent planning and organization skills with a high attention to detail. 5. Strong communication and presentation skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
