Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and independent Business Development Associate to join our team at NRG Energy in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients - Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
