Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and reach revenue targets - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients - Monitor industry trends and developments to stay informed about changes in the market landscape - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management - Provide regular reports on sales activities, successes, and challenges

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Resourceful and hardworking with a can-do attitude - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement strategic planning - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
