Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time role is ideal for an individual with at least 4 years of experience who is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with potential clients - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings - Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase our capabilities and value proposition - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Willingness to travel as needed - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
