Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to work remotely from Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's business growth and expansion. We are looking for a hardworking and resilient individual with strong analytical skills and adaptability to join our team.

Responsibilities: 1. Research potential new markets and business opportunities for expansion. 2. Build relationships with potential clients and partners to generate leads and drive sales. 3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development. 5. Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations to pitch to potential clients. 6. Monitor and report on business development activities and results. 7. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement growth strategies. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and partners.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. High level of adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bilingual in English and French is preferred. 8. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
