Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Medtronic is seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development and a strong background in online sales strategies. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will play a key role in expanding our online presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and market share - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the online business - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives - Provide regular reports and updates on online sales performance to senior management - Continuously optimize online sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in online business development

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on online sales strategies - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for achieving results - Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
