Online Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Rio Tinto is currently seeking a part-time Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field. As an Online Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients in the online space.

Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying potential business opportunities online - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients through various communication channels - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored business proposals - Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas - Generating leads and following up on sales inquiries - Working towards sales targets and KPIs set by management - Providing regular updates on sales progress and activities - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online business development

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online business development strategies and techniques - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
