Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities online - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize online campaigns - Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage and optimize online content to enhance user experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online business development - Assist in any other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and within a team environment - Proven experience with strategic planning and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of SEO and online marketing tactics is a plus
