Manage, control and supervise the operation of company?s wind or solarassets. Coordinate the main contractors to make sure the maintenanceplans and guidelines established by Company?s O&M and other centralDepartments are fulfilled. Ensure the maintenance activities at thesite are performed in full compliance with applicable law and thedirectives related to H&S and environmental protection, as they areissued by the company.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. MAIN SERVICEPROVIDERS ? agree on the scheduling of the maintenance plans with themain contractors and authorize the implementation of maintenanceactivities in the assigned plants. Coordinate contractors? workensuring the fulfillment of the contractual obligations and optimizingthe defined operational drivers and the performance.
2. LOCALOPERATION ? Perform local operation of the plants. In particularmaneuvers for the connection
- disconnection of MV Lines and windturbines / solar inverters. Operate MV/HV Substations locally andcoordinate with the company?s dispatching center for local and remoteoperations to be performed.
3. REPORTS ? Ensure the maintenancecontractors reports timely and according to their contractualobligations. Ensure proper and complete recording of relevantinformation through the Second level SCADA adopted by the company andall the tools made available by the company(i.e.SAPPM,Dynamics,OPMS,PowerBI). Perform analysis based on the datacollected by the SCADA systems and provide suitable information tosupport decisions.
4. COOPERATION WITH REMOTE OPERATION andDISPATCH CENTER ? ensure the proper coordination with the company?sremote operation and dispatch center. Ensure proper contact with TSOand DSO in all the cases maneuvers are required to be performedremotely and locally. Transmit weekly maintenance plan to remotecontrol and dispatching center; update maintenance programs andplanned unavailability when variations occur as a consequence ofenvironmental,meteorological conditions or occurrence of faults.
5.CONTRACTORS MANAGEMENT ? Analyze the needs for the optimal operatingconditions of the plants and the resolution of malfunctions oraccidental events. Identify the service providers that can adequatelyfix the problems. Coordinate different suppliers involved in theplants to perform works. Manage and organize the activities covered bythe maintenance contracts in place. Optimize the conservation and theperformance of the wind farms.
6. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE ?Organize daily maintenance, operations of the plants and assign dailytasks. Monitor compliance with procedures and best practices. Ensurethe fulfilment of the O&M model implemented by the company. Make useof IT Tools in place to ensure proper collection and management of theinformation concerning the advancement of maintenance activities andthe status of the equipment.
7. MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCIES ?Responsible for the first contacts with internal and externalstakeholders (company?s management, contractors, landowners, emergencybodies) in case of accidents or any kind of emergency occurring at thesite.
8. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ? Implement routine qualityinspections to ensure scope and adequacy of works from subcontractorsare fulfilled. Participate to the continuous improvement process inall the phases (analysis, definition, implementation, monitoring).Adopt the behavior and the mind set facilitating the pursuit ofcontinuous improvement of the processes and of the operationaldrivers.
9. COMPANY POLICY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE ? acknowledge andunderstand policies, directives and procedures implemented by thecompany. Ensure the compliance of the same by contractors.
10.HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) ? Contribute to theidentification and registration of non
- conformities, promotecorrective and preventive actions. Carry out regular HSE inspectionsto ensure adherence of subcontractors to legislation and company?sguidelines.
