Hello from Los Angeles! We're a renowned home care provider on the lookout for a skilled bilingual administrative assistant. If you excel in roles that combine empathetic client interaction with precise administrative oversight, we'd like to hear from you!

The Role

Role Description:

  • Manage daily clock-in and clock-out procedures for our caregiving staff to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Proactively address any operational issues, maintaining meticulous records for seamless prebilling.
  • Provide compassionate support and information to patients and their families during sensitive communications.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently managing incoming calls and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Perform various administrative duties to uphold organization for our clients and team alike.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English and Spanish to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Experience in the home care sector is preferred; familiarity with HHA Exchange is a bonus, with training available if required.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a confident and reassuring demeanor.
  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Bring both professionalism and passion to this role, aiding us in making a tangible difference in the lives of our clients.
  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You have working knowledge of Home Care Operations Coordinator, Administrative Tasks, Proactive Support, HHA Exchange, Customer Service, Managing incoming calls, Maintaining accurate records and Manage clock-in and clock-out for Staff
