Responsible for departmental operationsplanning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activitieswithin a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided byestablished policies or review of end results.The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work aslong as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume,timeliness etc.).Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesAll contract performance related activities , typically tied to acustomer site. Perform in the role as the interface between the customerand the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of theprogress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutionsto any issue arising. Responsible for adherence to contract service,operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial &technical metrics specific to contract. Perform proposal negotiation, andcontract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts withminimal supervision Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assignedcontracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract mattersIncludes direct people management responsibility including staffing andperformance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technicaldiscipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to executepolicy/strategy.Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates withothers; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate themin the marketUses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutionsoutside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturingprocesses with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internaland limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive atdecisions.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead smallprojects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information;developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics withinfield. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.Required QualificationsThis role requires advanced experience in the Services & ContractPerformance Management (CPM).
