Coordinate the provision ofpharmacy services to patients in concert with other healthprofessionalsConfidential
Assure adherence to state and federallaws, regulations and ProHealth Policy andProceduresConfidential
Identify, hire, train, supervise andevaluate competent personnel to provide quality services and operationof the home infusion centerConfidential
Ensure achievement ofstandards of performance for personnel, adherence toall company Policyand Procedures, and compliance with federal, state, local and otherapplicable regulationsConfidential
Assure adequate inventories andsupplies in a manner consistent with state and federal laws,regulations and ProHealth expectationsConfidential
Provide accurateand relative information out the home infusion center and its scope ofservices to all customers with participation in education, in
-Ervices or other programs as directedConfidential
Act as Pharmacistin Charge while on dutyConfidential
Participate in the QA/CQIprocessConfidential
Educate and in
- Ervice licensed health careprofessional and staff regarding home infusion therapies asneededConfidential Precept pharmacy interns/externs asneededConfidential
Coordinate efforts with other center managers toensure effective interaction and efficient workflow betweendepartmentsConfidential
Coordinate on
- Call duty on nights,weekends and holidays providing staffing as required by centerschedulingConfidential
Maintain the confidentiality of patients andtheir personal information at all timesConfidential
Perform otherduties as directed bysupervisorConfidential **Qualifications**:
Must be acurrently licensed registered pharmacist with the Department ofProfessional Regulations and State Board of PharmacyConfidential
Atleast three years of pharmacy experience and responsible experience insupervisory, managerial or administrativedutiesConfidential
Demonstrate clinical competence in nutritionalsupport, kinetics and parenteral admixtures on an ongoingbasisConfidential
Evidence of communication skills, leadershipility, integrity, initiative, and creativityConfidential
