• Ensure services best practices are being applied
• Promote team skills development
• Plan and coordinate tasks to completion
• Follow and track KPIs
• Apply HR strategy for people development
• Promote team engagement and empowerment to apply the task executions and responsibilities
• Manages teams of incumbents responsible for technical and process solution initiatives driven by the customer centricity strategies.
• Develops and implements policies and practices for client installations, including access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, testing and troubleshooting, and client training.
• Interfaces with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop strategy and resource plans to anticipate demand for implementation services and workforce needs.
• Provides client insight and feedback to product development and professional services teams for product and services improvement.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Implements initiatives and strategies for career development of direct employees.

Education

• Degree in engineering, system analysis, or similar.

Experience

• A minimum of 6-years’ experience working in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical support/consulting role

Knowledge

• Experience in Projects or Solution Implementation
• Experience in Team management and leadership initiatives and mentoring
• Experience with Project Controls is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management and project control methodologies
• Experience with any of the following software is a plus:
• EcoSys
• Oracle Primavera P6
• Oracle Primavera Unifier
• Oracle Aconex
• Ares Prism
• SAP
• Oracle EBS
• ERP Software
• Knowledge in SQL Statements and Programming Language such as JavaScript and VBA are a plus.

Languages:

• English – Intermediate.
• Portuguese – Intermediate is a plus.
